Place bollard in center with plumb
Pour M25 grade concrete
Allow 7 days curing
Foundation must be level and bollard plumb. Add rebar cage for extra strength.
Removable Bollard Installation
Installation Steps
Excavate 300mm x 300mm x 450mm deep
Install socket sleeve level with ground
Pour concrete and level socket
Allow concrete to cure before use
Socket must be perfectly level with ground surface. Install cap when bollard removed.
Flexible Bollard Installation
Installation Steps
Drill 4 holes for anchor bolts (M12 or M16)
Position base plate with bollard
Insert and tighten expansion anchors
